A new "high risk, high reward" version of my older Gondor deck, just tweaked slightly to make the most out of the 40+ threat mechanism (I don't know if it's better than the previous one, it just requires a different playstyle). I think it's a lot of fun. And honestly, it's one of my best performing and most consistent decks.
Play Steward of Gondor and Visionary Leadership ASAP on Boromir and always make sure that he has at least one resource in his pool. Sometimes it's worth paying full cost of Heed the Dream just to grab at least one of these two attachments.
Remember that Pillars of the Kings can also be used to also lower your threat (it's expensive, but you'll be able to afford it later on)! Sometimes it's even a good idea to use it for free, raise your threat by 10 or more to draw 4 cards, and e.g. Sneak Attack-Gandalf to lower it again by 5. But I encourage you to try and play at 40+ threat for a while, this deck can handle it. Soldier of Gondor will draw you a ton of ally cards then.
