Dunedain Fulfil Your Oath
I was very intrigued by the oathbreaker cards when they were released and this is the deck I have been tweaking since that time.
With Setup abilities you are questing for 8 right out of the gate and have two side quests at the ready to start boosting Thurindir. Getting a Steward of Gondor or Tighten our Belts right out of the gate really helps kickstart things, and getting Gift of Foresight or a 1. Dunedain Warning + Arwen on Gilraen as quickly as possible basically covers your defense. Whichever of those pieces you can't mulligan for, Gather Information will help you get. I usually prioritize Gather information over Fulfil Your Oath.
With Master of the Forge and Gilraen's ability, card draw shouldn't be an issue. With Steward and Tighten our Belts, resources shouldn't be an issue. Steward should go on Aragorn so you can always trigger his ability, and use Celebrian's Stone and Ring of Barahir to give him Spirit and Lore icons to pay for everything.
If you're playing at a higher player count I would switch out Steed of the North for Leather Boots, as it basically does the same thing but loses restricted, and is almost a guarantee trigger at 3-4 players. If Double Back isn't enough threat reduction for your needs (it usually is though) you could swap in some Keen as Lances.
The oathbreaker tech is super fun once the deck gets rolling as it gives you some easy chump targets, but also some really fun combos to make certain enemies less scary, and with Army of the Dead you can nuke a couple enemies.

i am not sure i like the Fulfil Your Oath gamestyle, but if i do, i would like this deck ;)
if possible (and it is here) Ioreth is nearly autoinclude for me (might even replace 1 Warden of Healing here) . for safety meassures i would include some threadreducing, why not adding old buddy Gandalf specially with Steward of Gondor around.
might replace 2 Tighten Our Belts (you might use it only 1. round anyway) and 1 Legacy Blade for 3 Gandalf
