“The sons of Elrond... were wandering in the wild, ranging with the Rangers of the North, forgetting never their mother's torment in the dens of the orcs.”

While the Wise plan for the safety of the Ring, the sons of Elrond have only one purpose: the eradication of the enemy. Elladan and Elrohir operate as a whirlwind of steel, striking and defending with tireless fury. Leading the charge is the Rohirrim captain Háma, whose tactical brilliance ensures that the enemy never gets a fair swing at the heroes.

This / deck is the "Hammer." Its job is to engage every enemy, cancel their attacks, and blend them into smoothies.

The Ultimate Defender: Elrohir is your defensive wall. His ability allows him to pay 1 resource to ready himself after defending. Attach Steward of Gondor to him. With those extra resources, he can easily defend 3 or 4 times per round. With his brother Elladan in play, he defends for a massive 3 (or more with Dúnedain Warning).

Resource Smoothing: Your deck is packed with expensive cards, but Elrohir is generating a mountain of wealth. Attach Song of Battle to Elrohir. This gives him a icon, turning him into the ultimate bank. He can now use his Steward wealth to pay for all the weapons, Eagles, and events in your hand.

The Feint Loop: Háma is here for one reason. Every time he attacks, retrieve a Feint from your discard pile. This allows you to cancel the attack of the biggest boss enemy every single round, leaving them open for the Twins to kill.

The Twin Storm: The brothers inspire each other simply by fighting side-by-side. While Elladan is in play, Elrohir gets a passive +2 buff. While Elrohir is in play, Elladan gets +2 , allowing him to quest effectively before combat! Furthermore, Elladan's ability lets him pay 1 resource to ready himself after attacking. Load Elladan up with Rivendell Blade and Dúnedain Mark so he can swing multiple times for massive damage, lowering enemy defense to practically zero.

The Air Force: Use Sneak Attack + Gandalf for sudden burst damage, or rely on Vassal of the Windlord for cheap, disposable high-attack stats.

Mulligan Priority:

You are aggressively looking for Steward of Gondor and Song of Battle. Getting Steward on Elrohir Turn 1 ensures you have the money to ready him for multiple defenses. Getting Song of Battle on him ensures you don't get "resource locked" with a hand full of unplayable cards.
