No Steward. No Vilya.
Self-explanatory deck as the title suggests. Use Elrond to pay for any high value allies to rush to 9 companions. Then flip the fellowship contract and it should be smooth sailing to the undying lands.
Initially there won't be a lot of fighting as you want to quest with both Elrond and Theodred, and Galadriel will be drawing cards and reducing threat. Sneak Attack, AVGT, and Elf-stone add to this plan.
I wanted to try a deck without Vilya since it's been done to death, just to see if it's still a viable solution. With the 3 options above, I think it could work fairly well. With a bunch of one-off allies, no two games will be the same!
