This deck is designed for a Campaign-style series. For this series, I play through the Core Set and Shadows of Mirkwood cycle quests. Damage carries over between quests and heroes that die are permanently gone. I can have up to three heroes and 20 other cards in the Sideboard. I can switch heroes at will, except the centrepoint of the deck. If I switch a hero out with damage, it keeps its damage counters for the next game it switches in again.
This is a basic Eagle deck, but with the added benefit of having a great combat hero that can defend and attack very well in the same round. Power Boromir up with Support of the Eagles, Dúnedain Mark or Dúnedain Warning to improve his stats. Play all your Eagles with resource generation from Steward of Gondor, Théodred and Radagast. This deck can relatively quickly defeat multiple enemies in one turn. A dedicated combat deck, that needs support from a questing and support deck.
