With this deck you can :

Quest better than usual with eagles thanks to Red Book of Westmarch and The Last Alliance when you need.

Play Wilyador for free (you will have less eagles) and then decide to boost him with Lily Cotton. With readying, he can hold an ennemy alone. You can repeat that every turn if needed. (And don't pay Wilyador at the end of the turn) Bye the way, Gwaihir is ready !

Bounce Meneldor with Lily Cotton too if we have a problem with a location.

Play Fast Hitch and Fatty Lumpkin on Gwaihir, the best stats of the game for fighting ! With Support of the Eagles, our eagle will be very angry !

Boost Veteran Eagle always with Lily Cotton with some bouncing.

For that we have a looooot of draw with Pippin, Peace, and Thought, Daeron's Runes, Hidden Roosts, Eagles are Coming! with 27 allies...
For resources we have the discount of The Last Alliance, Golden Crown and Red Book of Westmarch. Obviously for solo or less thematic deck we can play Steward of Gondor.
Sam Gamgee is not very usefull here but proud of his family ! :D
