Have you ever considered Light of Valinor for Legolas? Then you can save Gimli's resources for other things.

Yeah definitely a consideration but I find the biggest issue the deck has is with card draw and which makes the contract hard to flip. Issue with light of valinor is that it can only be used on legolas and is unique. I find unexpected courage, much more flexible and I can use it on my other deck.

would make some adjustments:

• add 3 Open the Armory
• add 3 Gondorian Shield
• add 1-3 Dagger of Westernesse (depending on how much space i would have after the discarding and consideration choices)

discard:

• reduce legolas-only attachments to 2-3 in multi keep the Bow of the Galadhrim in solo keep 2 Mirkwood Long-knife discard the remaining 3
• discard 1-2 Raiment of War
• discard 1-2 Ring Mail
• discard 1 Silver Circlet
• discard 2 if of not 3 Silver Harp (add Elven-light if cards are needed for 1 harp u can play it 2 times and in one game it is mostly not more often needed)
• discard 2 Silver Lamp (its not restricted and i never saw them in play anywhere, such a bad card because of its costs and no restricted)

consider: 1 Windfola 1-3 Well-Equipped 1 Light of Valinor

@doomguard agree with your suggestions, when playing I do find the silver lamp quite useless and I would try replacing harp with elven-light.

Not sure about Windfola, Gondorian Shield or Dagger of Westernesse. Usually threat goes decently high and none of my heroes have the gondor trait

Dagger of Westernesse and Gondorian Shield can be used by everyone, that helps faster flipping of the contract (you only need gondor for the extra-bonus of the shield).
