suiterson has a newer deck inspired by this one: A Perilous Alliance of the White Tower and Valinor

Designed for multiplayer scenarios with emphasis on immediate gratification and not worrying about things like strategy.

This deck inherently draws a significant quantity of cards due to Erestor, which is potentially accentuated by Council of the Wise. Owing to the fact that everything is discarded at the end of the turn anyway, it only makes sense to incentivize discarding cards from hand mid-turn. Arwen Undómiel is the most consistent and efficient beneficiary of this ability, although cards like Glorfindel, Imladris Caregiver, and Watcher of the Bruinen are also a repository for excess cards. Given that the deck only has one copy of each card, the two main concerns are drawing too many cards and lacking the resources to play key cards when they're drawn. To compensate, most sphere specific cards have a fairly low average cost with Arwen and Council proving resources if they're needed in a pinch. Éowyn and Théodred generally want be questing with Snowmane and Unexpected Courage readying the former to be the main attacker, or defender (with Golden Belt and Golden Shield), and the latter being a decent backup with Onward Into Battle along with War Axe and Warrior Sword.

There are a fair quantity of cards that'd like to be in the deck that can't be fit with Bond of Friendship. That being said, the card with the most strategic nuance (and by nuance it is of mainly meant pure luck) is Will of the West augmented with Dwarven Tomb and The White Council to utilize the former as late as possible. The former cards are somewhat unorthodox linchpins, but being able to increase the magnitude of the deck is rather integral to the core operating philosophy. Thus, rather than a mulligan based on what cards are missing, this is a situation where the determination leans heavily on the cards that are in the hand to try and play Will of the West as far into the deck as possible. A last note is that Thorongil is intended to utilize Éowyn to make use of her discarding mechanic after having used the starting version's once a game ability. This deck could likely be 'better' mechanically, but doing so generally involves removing the core of what makes the deck fun to play with: namely the incredible pace, surplus of available choices, and general unpredictability of how a given scenario might unfold.
