Designed for multiplayer scenarios with emphasis on drawing cards and not sweating the details.

Similar to it's predecessor, the deck makes use of the synergy between Erestor and Arwen Undómiel. The amount of card draw in the deck made it ideal for running a contract like A Perilous Voyage, which generally seems undesirable due to it's excessive variability, especially with thinning cards like Daeron's Runes, We Are Not Idle, and A Very Good Tale. Additionally, cards like Master of the Forge can help find attachments, that can also be played via Reforged even if they're discarded. Since Noldor has a fair bit of synergy with Gondor, and given that with A Perilous Voyage it's hard to build around any linchpin cards, it seemed like The Last Alliance with Boromir would work well. Ally balance is skewed slightly towards Noldor given Galadriel is only available for a round, and that it has more duplicate uniques. With discount Envoy of Pelargir and Squire of the Citadel actually become resource neutral or positive, so it's definitely worth it to attempt to retain the discount when possible.

The Last Alliance generally defaults to Boromir given his significant buff, but some other potential uses are Soldier of Gondor in valour can be pretty nifty (part of the reason why the deck is fairly ally heavy), Arwen to give Boromir an extra resource in a pinch since the deck is heavy, Knight of Belfalas if there's a desirable Noldor ally discarded. Boromir would ideally end up as a defender with Steward of Gondor, Ancestral Armor, Hauberk of Mail, Magic Ring, Protector of Lórien, and Armored Destrier, with Arwen being a mixed quester/defender with Ancestral Armor, Light of Valinor, and Silver Circlet, while Erestor predominantly quests with Celebrían's Stone. A last few notes are that protector of Lorien is also capable of more or less ensuring that there are no cards in hand to ensure Eregion Survivor is enhanced and valour should be retained for a good length of play due to Perilous Voyage's mechanics. Overall, the deck should provide consistency to an inconsistent contract while enabling a fairly versatile field that performs well in questing or attacking.

V2: Per doomguard's suggestion on the predecessor version, a full stack of Visionary Leadership has been added due to it's impressive synergy with The Last Alliance, a Box of Earth has been swapped for Asfaloth to minimize redundancy, and Tighten Our Belts has been removed since the deck has to play cards as they are drawn and isn't keen on sitting on resources.
