suiterson has a newer deck inspired by this one: Council of Friendship Multiplayer Threat Specialists V2

Designed for multiplayer scenarios with emphasis on mitigating threat and fielding economical allies.

The deck was originally envisioned as a secrecy deck, but the double contract allure was too strong. The deck starts at 22 threat, with Frodo Baggins and Council of the Wise combining to provide a decent odds of achieving secrecy turn one. The deck has an extremely low curve in terms of card cost with plenty of cards supplementing card draw to cycle the deck relatively quickly such as Gléowine, Daeron's Runes, and Campfire Tales. The initial goal of the deck is to recover secrecy so cards like Courage Awakened and Swift and Silent can serve as an engine with Council, and to minimize engagement. The ideal strategy is to minimize threat while enabling Dúnhere to deal with choice enemies in the staging area (ideally with Gúthwinë as the deck's offensive capabilities are relatively low). The deck has minimal healing, and probably wants to be paired with a low or mid threat deck with healing and more combat oriented sensibilities. Overall, the deck predominantly attempts to provide a less aggressive play style, though it is quite susceptible to scenario burst damage, particularly early on.

I love your decks! Since you don’t reduce your threat by event cards much, I would take out Hobbit Pipe and put in Rumour from the Earth for maximum efficiency from Council of the Wise.

Many thanks for the exhortation and the advice, always looking for input on how to optimize the decks! Normally I'd be disinclined to release a new version for a single card, especially given that the change does slightly decrease the efficiency of Bilbo Baggins, but I reckon that the Council synergy is good enough that I'll release a new version with that update posthaste!
