I am pretty sure that to build this deck you only need the core set, the elves of lorien starter deck, and the ered mithrin hero expansion. If I am incorrect please tell me what cards to change in the comments.

Gandalf and Faramir are the only allys that are not silvan, so do not play them for Thranduil's ability and do not play them again when you play Host of Galadhrim. Rumil, Silvan Refugee, Lorien Guide, Galion, and Galadriel's Handmaiden can only be played with Thranduil's ability. Greenwood Archer can ready a hero during the combat phase when played with Thrandui's ability. Allys you play during the combat phase cannot quest that round because the quest phase is before the combat phase, and cannot use their +1 willpower that Celeborn gives the first round but still can use the +1 defense and +1 attack. Also Gandalf and Faramir do not get +1 willpower, defense and attack from Celeborn as they are not silvan allys. Have fun with this wonderful deck!
