Glóin and the ents love to take hits.
The idea is to get Gloin to buff his health and then take a bunch of damage either directly or indirectly with Song of Mocking. Then he can pay for expensive effects like Heed the Dream and Feast of Plenty, either to smooth this deck or other players. Although it does not have a lot of card draw it is good at pulling what it needs from the deck with heed the dream or Rivendell Minstrel.
It may struggle early, with all the ents, and quite expensive cards. Quickbeam can do double duty early, and Gloin should be able to take some light hits without exhausting to defend. .Almost no shadow cancellation so prefers to defend indirectly using Song of Mocking. You should have enough health to soak up some surprises, otherwise the Dúnedain Watcher can should be able to save you, but save her for when it gets really tough.
