This deck has many different purposes and many different combos, but the most important task it has is to play Advance Warning as much as possible, hopefully you can play it every turn or every other turn starting by turn 2 or 3. Obviously, Scroll of Isildur helps, but also Galadhrim Weaver is there to shuffle the card back into your deck.

In order to pay the high cost of card draw and Advance Warning the deck uses Love of Tales to generate resources. Even after errata, the card can help tremendously. Gríma and Keys of Orthanc also help. The doom effects just push the combat deck into valour.

The songs help fix colors in both decks. However, the songs are not as important as playing Advance Warning. Once the combat deck is set up, this deck can finish the game. To the Sea, to the Sea! helps put Arwen Undómiel in play, to give Mablung sentinel, as well as Gildor Inglorion and Rivendell Minstrel for questing (and fetching songs). Song of Eärendil keeps the combat deck's threat in check. Finally, Lay of Nimrodel can give you a boost to willpower for a timely push.

Extra cards can be pitched to Protector of Lórien or To the Sea, to the Sea! to activate Galdor of the Havens. Extra resources can be spent on Longbeard Map-Maker.

Together, the two decks make a powerful team that can handle almosthe anything.
