• high allie-density to optimize The Tree People (preferable played with a cheap Henamarth Riversong
• Cloak of Lórien and Lembas on Thranduil
• Advance Warning can save you a game
• consider The Riddle-game + Glamdring for haldir

• defenses on Thranduil in best case, he gets 2 shields and a cloak + some readying
• Campfire Tales allways nice in multiplayer
• do not hesitate to use Captain's Wisdom
• Strength of Arms can help to get some critical rounds working
