A fun card to use, but not nearly as good as the northern rangers that go in the encounter deck, especially since you can't control when to use the ability very easily. I still liked it expecially since it doesn't have surge on it.

Play only if you control a Noldor or Silvan hero.
Planning Action: Shuffle a set aside Wind from the Sea into the encounter deck. Then, remove Flight to the Sea from the game.
