Tried to spread around the resource-matching requirements so that the burden didn't fall on a single Hobbit to do everything.
Pair this deck with someone running Beregond. Hobbits want to engage, engage, engage, but they don't defend well early game, and they can easily bite off more than they can chew. Having a tanky sentinel like Beregond around, with Unexpected Courage attached and sporting a Gondorian Shield, will make it vastly easier for the Hobbits to do their thing. Give two daggers to Merry to have him go Assassin's Creed on the encounter deck.
There are a couple better-suited allies for Hobbit decks than the ones I chose, but I wanted it to be thematic in that I only added allies that the Hobbits interacted with in the actual books at some point (with the possible exception of Mablung; not sure if they ever met him, but I like how he interacts with Hobbit abilities).
I feel I've gone overboard on some of the events, and I expect I'll be taking a few out over time to make room for more allies, but it's a good place to start. The sideboard is made up mostly of allies I'm thinking of adding once I cut a few events, depending on the quest.
