Rohan-Gondor fellowship

The intent is for everyone to get a mount to benefit from Elfhelm and for both Eomer and Imrahil to benefit from characters leaving play (Bofur is one option that works well besides standard Rohan ally discarding, although sadly he does not trigger the Horn of the mark).

Decks can use improving, especially in consistency. As it is right now a bad draw can leave you stuck with unusable cards (mainly in the Gondor deck).
