In a sphere which often has trouble managing locations (or at least without Beorning Guardian and Meneldor) Arod can be really useful, especially since it can be attached without worries of occupying a restricted slot. Sure it's only 1 progress per round but since it can be put on any location is amazingly versatile.
Attachment. Cost: 1.
Attach to a hero or Legolas.
Response: After attached character participates in an attack that destroys an enemy, exhaust Arod to place 1 progress token on any location.
