Probably over-costed for what it does. Compared to Dúnedain Mark you're obviously getting less flexibility for more cost. The +4 one time is decent, but in general for pure combat power you're better off with an Ally (Greenwood Archer for example). The main draw of this card then is the Weapon trait, which interacts with several other cards. Still, not likely to see much play except in specialized decks.
