Spirit Eowyn is a proxy for the soon-to-be-released Tactics Eowyn from Flame of the West.
This is an attempt to make Lore Faramir work - There is a fair amount of staging area attack tech, most notably the 3x Hands upon the Bow, and 2x Great Yew Bow, plus lots of weapons to support Faramir's attacks into the staging area. Eowyn brings serious quest power (4 in tactics is nothing to laugh about), but you also have a bunch of lore characters with fairly decent willpower who can also contribute. Faramir himself is also no slouch at questing. Beregond is just good in general.
This deck is probably not soloable, but should do fine as a more combat heavy deck to complement a more defensively oriented deck (preferably a spirit leadership deck with unexpected courage to let Faramir do double duty).
