This deck has not seen much play-testing yet in its current form, but I think it looks promising (it's currently the only Silvan deck on RingsDB that uses this hero lineup). It is designed to function as either a multiplayer or solo deck, though I acknowledge it is not a one deck to rule them all. It's an attempt at a heavily trait-based deck that could be fairly successful in a wide variety of quests.

Nenya and O Lórien! are integral to this deck's starting hand (as with most Silvan decks), since Nenya gives access to and allows Galadriel to contribute to questing. O Lórien! helps pay for allies, since resources will be tight. Fortunately, the cost curve of this deck is pretty low, which makes the idea possible. Unexpected Courage can be used on Galadriel so that you can use both her ability and her willpower (with Nenya). The other one can go on Celeborn so that he can both quest and defend. The Mirror of Galadriel will help fetch specific cards from your deck as you need them, so that you can best utilize resources from each hero (so that you don't have a resource pile on one hero with no cards of that sphere). Defender of the Naith is one of my least favorite Silvan allies, but he makes his way into this deck because of his neutral sphere. You can pretty much always play him in a pinch if you need an ally but don't have the resources from a specific sphere.

The most notable item from the sideboard here is Treebeard, who can stand in for a stout defender in quests with big enemies. He can use his own resources to ready himself, making the most of his stats.
