The main engine of the deck should be The Riddermark's Finest + Gamling combined to get each round for 1 resource (thanks to Santa Theoden discount) a free ally with Thengel's Response (since The Riddermark's Finest shares a trait with both Eagles and Rohan allies) and 2 progress on any location (and perhaps readying Gwaihir if it was that round's target of The Last Alliance).
