“36 Threat?!” I hear you say. “I only do decks below 30!” Why not go with someone like Glorfindel, to start at 32?” Well here’s why: Galadriel is better. first, she keeps your threat where it is, which (if you’re playing this right) should end up below 30 by using the rest of the cards. And what makes this deck worth playing? Well, it’s Vilya. Villa is by far he strongest card in the entire game, giving you the potential to play any card for no cost, cards which, thanks to Gandalf, you know, and thanks to the Wizard Pipe, you also get to manipulate. and when early in the game, with only three hero’s, you find yourself hesitant to use Villa due to the fact you might be engaged by an enemy and have no questing, you realize that thanks to Galadriel, the ally you play doesn’t exhaust to quest. And the last tidbit is the fellowship contract. when you get out 9 characters, you are almost unbeatable, with characters like Glorfindel having stats like 4 will, 4 ark and 2 def, and Beorn, the 6 cost ally you get for free (Thanks again Villa), being a tank with 4 def and 4 ark from the get-go. This is the best deck I’ve ever made, and I encourage people to give a try and adapt on it. The one problem hat I’ve found is actually an odd one: Too many resources. You hit a point during the game where all your resources just sit there because you’ve hit max capacity on all your allys and attachments. You can also do fun thing like moving around ally’s using Defender of the West, but I just haven’t been able to apply it correctly to see it be useful.
Great deck. Just beat Into Fangorn in 4 rounds and had the contract flipped.
