The core behind this deck is to use The Last Alliance and Kahliel to play Noldor and more importantly to ready your Harad and Noldor. You should regularly be readying Glorfindel with discard and at least 2 characters to Kahliel's ally discard every turn.

Note you can use Kahliel's ability only once per phase. But that still gives you Quest, Travel, Encounter, and Combat to be readying characters in.

Ideally you mulligan for Steward of Gondor as you want to get rolling as soon as possible. You get it out first turn by using Arwen Undómiel in conjunction with The Last Alliance on the first turn. Then you should be able to play Kahliel’s Tribesman and/or Southron Refugees. First turn is the hardest because you don't get to use The Last Alliance with Kahliel... but it should be smooth sailing after that!

Late game you can also target Kahliel's Headdress with The Last Alliance to get a lot of .

Another nice trick is to use Kahliel’s Tribesman to pump Kahliel or Jubayr for the phase and then ready him by discarding an ally. Then their bonuses will apply multiple times to and/or .

If you run into something that must kill one of your heroes (i.e. a forced undefended attack) you will want to kill Arwen Undómiel. It hurts a lot, but I have won games even after this by using Kahliel's Headdress to cycle allies back into my deck and just passing through your deck once builds crazy board state.

The sideboard is for when playing multi-player. If you need to remove any of the unique Noldor you can just put Eregion Survivors and Keen as Lances is always good in multiplayer.
