I would say too many lore cards, nearly 1/2 your cost is lore with only 1/3 of matching lore resources. That is after you get nenya which at 2x is unlikely to be in your starting hand. I would bump both narya and nenya to 3x You can always turn them into coins with Arwen Undómiel.
