So, now that i got your attention... Here's the why of the why...
After many games playing with mndela and his excellent Rohan Battle Deck (using Eomer and Elfhelm instead of Eowyn and Theodred) and wich is really working damn good (Please... Just add some test of will Mate :p)
I decide to make a little different version, with a lower starting threat, less punchy but better at questing early game.
Snowmane + Golden shield on Theoden.
Then Eowyn can get a shiny shield and get some untap from those horse-breaker to help aswell.
Classic Rohan Allies + Gamling are there, so you got plenty of funny and useful stuff to do ! From untaping a hero, to put tokens on a location or "Feint-like" with Grimbold wich is crazy good !
That's what i like with those rohan allies ! They are really versatile !
Weakness are obvious.. No healing, and not the best at threat control, and Draw is'nt fantastic neither.
Conclusion : Not the best deck on the market, but certainly a decent and funny one !

Ps : yeah i know Arwen is not from Rohan... but guys, she a girl ! And girl likes horses ! (and.. Legolas ? well, that guy goes where he want ! Look at the Hobbit movies... What is he doing there ? But He don't care ! He's there.. !)
