captbigmac has a newer deck inspired by this one: Noldor Deck Cycling (with Gandalf)
Gandalf's ability to see the top card of the deck really helps with Erestor's deck cycling - so you know whether you want to draw the next card or save it for next turn. Putting elf friend on Gandalf allows Arwen to give him an extra resource or for him to benefit from the Noldor focused bonuses.
Getting a couple silver harps put is key to getting this deck to really hum along. Once you have that and Gandalf is stacked with a pipe you are going to do very well. The cheap allies along with Arwen Undómiel's extra resource each turn should help you get to that point.
