Nice thematic idea, but Resourceful doesn't work with the Contract restriction. Red Book of Westmarch too doesn't grant a resource (but still boost WP). Also staying in Secrecy sounds maybe a bit tough starting at 18 and with a few threat raising effect you might want to trigger.

because Resourceful do not work with the contract, iwould o the Timely Aid -route to make more of secrecy. A Lesson in Caution is also a good card for sercrecy.

if doing so, i would take at least 20 allies.

Ah that's true, didn't read the contract properly. May ditch the contract and focus more on secrecy. Cheeers for the recommendations.
