The usual. Use A Good Harvest to play Steward on Boromir. Once he has a pile of resources, Gondorian Fire and Blood of Numenor will allow him to take care of all the combat. Aragorn, Galadhrim's Greeting, Favor of the Valar, and Elrond's Council allow you to keep readying Boromir for days. The Outlanders provide you with questing power.
The Envoys provide resource smoothing and chump blocking.
