The idea seems really cool indee. Just a small note, you need to choose 14 different Items/Artifacts for the loot deck, you cannot have multiple copies of the same Item.

The second line of The Burglar's Turn reads: "Setup: Choose 14 different Item or Artifact attachments from your collection and shuffle them together."

Quoting from the A Shadow in the East rules booklet:

...each player may choose one contract to put into play along with his heroes at the beginning of the game with its “ A” side faceup.
