nemomeme has a newer deck inspired by this one: Progression Hills of Emyn Muil

Hopefully fun progression-style thematic solo one-handed deck to try against A Journey to Rhosgobel.

I tend to nod towards obvious power cards/combos with my progression decks, but try to salt in a little variance here and there for replay appeal (e.g. one Dunedain Cache and one Protector of Lorien).

Steward of Gondor likely goes on Eleanor, giving her the nod over Denethor in this universe. Mulligan to get SoG.

Use Radagast to quest, to summon The Riddermark's Finest and to heal Wilyador once for 5 at some point.

West Road Traveler, The Ridder Mark's Finest, Northern Tracker and Snowbourn Scout are are to deal with the Rhosgobel location in the early game.

Denethor there mostly to power the Lore of Imladris healing in the midgame and to help clear cobwebs (Miner of the Iron Hills). Prince Imrahil mostly there for SoG and the Sneak Attacks. Tri-color but you don't need Songs. It's mostly a Spirit deck.

A Journey to Rhosgobel is fun among the early quests for being different but the harsh Treachery cards are a bit annoying. Eleanor + 3 AToW cards seems a reasonable solution.

Deck is likely stronger with Leadership Aragorn but preferred to keep to strictly Gondor heroes for theme and to give Prince Imrahil a shot.

Left Haldir of Lorien out. I know he has Ranged. Just save your Lore Resources for healing and for the Istari.
