After experimenting, I came up with a secrecy Eagles deck that used Gwaihir and MotK Arwen as the heroes. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. It beat Into Ithilien and Journey Along the Anduin. There were several things that really worked. Firstly, it was excellent at adapting to tempo changes in the quest. It could quest hard, then swing around and fight hard, and then take down a boss, etc. What didn't work so well, however, was the pace of the deck itself. It took a long time to get set up, mostly because I relied on Radagast, and then it couldn't really quest well at all. So I rebuilt the deck to be possibly less powerful, but radically more consistent. It obviously does best at battle quests, but with Gandalf, the Emissaries, and the Eagles of the Misty Mountains, you should be able to put out some reliable questing. Meneldor can help keep the staging area clear of locations, and you can spam him a lot with sneak attack and his flight. Your starting attachment is Song of Kings. Mulligan hard for Steward, Resourceful, and Gandalf. You can pay for him in the second round if you got Steward on the first. I still need to make changes to improve the questing, but until then, this will have to do. DO NOT IGNORE TRAINED FOR WAR!!!! It is highly underrated, and with this deck it might as well read "Place progress on the current quest equal to the amount of quest points."
