This deck is inspired by everything costs 1 from seastan and i could have named it "everything costs 0".

I wanted to play boromir and his 2 bests equipments "blood of Numenor" and "Gondorian Fire". So i need some form of resources acceleration to get the most of it. I choose "zigil miner" to achieve this goal.

There are plenty of cards that have a costing cost of "0" and fits perfectly with this concept. First of all, all drawing effect are a must so you can dig the deck to find keys cards during the firsts turns. And it's good to find a use to "Gandalf's search": Lore resources accumulate on galdor, so it's not rare to pay 3 or 4 to look at those cards, keep one and knowing the top 2 or 3 cards for zigil or "expert treasure-hunter".

"stand and fight" is very powerfull in this deck because you can bring back to play any of your discarded allies! A good play is to bring back dunedain hunter during the combat phase after the attacks of ennemies.

Ioreth, Livery of the tower, gondorian discipline and Tides of fate are all here to keep the king boromir in life, and they doing it well.

Ethir swordsman is the best way to go to have a decent willpower in solo mode.

Rod of the steward is usefull for the late game when you are full of resources on Boromir.

For the 2 others heroes, i choose Galdor because it's very important to find the keys cards in early game, and it's 2 abilities are very goods for this (as all your cards are 0 costs, you can easily play all your cards to draw an another 6 cards on turn 1 or 2 if needed!)

the last hero is a bit more versatil. As we want to abuse of boromir refresh ability we have to find a way to lower our threat. Merry is a good choice for this. But we can also consider spirit Beregond. the threat reduction is less important with it but he can supply Boromir on defense and save many precious threat point... Perhaps merry is better for solo play and Beregond better for multiplayer. There is also a 3rd option with "Idraen". What i like with her, is that you can use Expert trackers for realy powerfull tricks and you can use "well warned" for another threat reduction option. I tested with her but i didn't have the result i expected, perhaps i will retry soon!

Finaly, this deck can easily be adapted for solo or multiplayer. The deck list is oriented for solo play but we can include "desperate alliance" for multiplayer. Your friends will thanks you a lot for giving them boromir to clean their board or Galdor to draw 6 cards when needed! For multiplayer i will also add "spare hood and cloak" and "Beregond".

Thanks to read this til the end and i hope my english is not too bad...

I just want to ask a question : when a card like "stand and fight" with a costing cost of "X" is in your discard pile, it's costing cost is considert to be "0" ? I hope so because if it's not the case, the deck loses much of its interest.
