Took Inspiration from Wolfegang's Escape from Dol Guldur Core set deck.
The goal was to make a deck for the quest that is somewhat reliable at beating the quest, only using cards from Core + Starter Decks.
Probably not the best Min-Maxed deck but was still able to beat the Quest 3 times in true solo so far. Getting more resources and having many low-cost efficient cards was probably the key to getting this to work.
