This is a slightly modified version of the Silvan starter, built with only cards from the revised core, Fellowship of the Ring, and Elves of Lorien Starter. The sideboard includes cards from the rest of the RCO that may be worth considering during deckbuilding as you expand your card pool.
It has a high starting threat, so an early Elrond's Counsel will be very helpful to get the deck going. An early copy of Nenya is critical to getting full value out of Galadriel, and if it's not in your starting hand, a mulligan is recommended. Celeborn provides a boost to allies the round they enter play, and Galadriel maximizes your use of that boost by allow them to quest and attack/defend. Elrond provides resource smoothing for all of your allies. Several events allow you to bounce Silvans back to hand, letting you repeat the Celeborn/Galadriel boost turn after turn.
Galadriel is a good target for O Lórien! as she will rarely be in danger.
