This is an RCO deck built with only cards from the revised core, Fellowship of the Ring, Ered Mithrin hero expansion, Dwarves of Durin Starter, and Elves of Lorien Starter. The sideboard includes cards from the rest of the RCO that may be worth considering during deckbuilding as you expand your card pool.

Two key enablers to this tech are keeping Dáin Ironfoot ready to provide a global boost to Dwarf characters, and getting at least two Dwarf allies into play to trigger a variety of boosts that take effect when you control five or more Dwarves.

Dain is your best defender, so getting him Armor of Erebor and Unexpected Courage (or better yet Magic Ring) is a priority. Dori can serve as an emergency damage sink if Dain is taking too much damage before his defense can be boosted.

Either Nori or Ori can benefit from Narvi's Belt; give it to whoever seems to have more excess resources. Zigil Miner can help provide additional resources to Dain, as the deck is heavy. The most common card cost is 2.

I played this a couple times against Journey Up the Anduin, and the deck performed well, but could use some more resource generation. Steward of Gondor on Dáin Ironfoot is the obvious addition, if the theme impacts don't bother you, and it is a 2 cost card which will at worst do no harm to Zigil Miner. Hidden Cache is more luck dependent, but a bit more thematic and flexible for where the resources go.
