Wandalf the Gizzard has a newer deck inspired by this one: Massing at Osgiliath solo
This is the deck I used to bring down Massing at Osgiliath in solo.
It covers all the bases between and , so you should be well prepared for questing and combat. Threat reduction is a high priority when running Boromir and Frodo, so that along with Steward/Song should be mulligan'd for; though any generally decent hand will do. Once the scouts from turn one are under control and you have a ranger, blast through stages two and three and keep the Whitch-King engaged long enough to defeat stage four and win.
