This deck is designed as the support deck that helps everyone out. Denethor is the money maker and gets Steward (mulligan for this), Errand riders to spread the love.
Get Gandalf out early with Narya. Treebeard and the Sellswords beef you up to take care of enemies.
Loragorn will reset your threat when all of the extra from Gandalf gets too much.
Eleanor is in the deck for Treachery Heavy quests, but can be subbed out for Eowyn if more will power is needed.
