I made this deck as a start to tackle the Heirs of Numenor quests. After a bit of tweaking I am happy with how it works. There is a nice balances of battle/siege questing with general willpower.

Beregnd is obviously the main defender. Throw a Citadel Plate on him for extra hitpoints so he can take some undefended attacks if need be. Gondorian shield is also for Beregond to take him up to 6 defence. Spear of the Citadel can also go on Beregond if the shield doesn't show up when you want it to.

Eomer is the main attacker and gets Firefoot and Rohan Warhorse. if the game is progressing and you are missing one of these it is worth throwing on a Spear of the Mark for a little extra attack.

Eowyn is in to do a big chunk of battle questing with her ability, then take over with the questing once back to normal willpower. Any spare Spear of the Mark, Gondorian Shield or Rohan Warhorse can go on her for emergency defence/attack, or to combat any encounter effects that force you to dispose of an attachment.

As for allies there is a good spread of battle/siege questing and willpower. Eagles act in their usual way - attacking/defending/questing, then going onto Eagles of the Misty Mountains when they die. Support of the Eagles is also in there should you get a bit stuck. Ents are there for extra support, and Treebeard rounds them out nicely with his ability. Defender of Rammas is there to help take the load off Beregond when the need arises, and there are a few higher cost allies thrown in to help pickup the slack when required. Henneth Annun Guard also helps with a defence boost when he enters play, if you're willing to suffer doomed 1. Azain Silverbeard is handy too for addng extra damage when the situation allows.

A few events are also thrown in to stave off enemy attacks, and to provide some buffing/readying.
