This is one of the three decks I am taking to Gen Con this year. It's just a straightforward Dwarf swarm with a side of Encounter Control. There are several cards in the Master Sideboard I'm also taking (which I will post soon) that fit here, so take this list with a grain (pound) of salt.
Likely add-ins are: Northern Tracker, Burning Brand, Fast Hitch, Forest Snare, Daeron's Runes, Warden of Healing, Gleowine, For Gondor, Grim Resolve, Campfire Tales, Valiant Sacrifice, Sneak Attack, Sword that was Broken, Steward of Gondor, Path of Need, and Gandalf.
