Two Dwarven Tombs would have been nice.

Yeah I was surprised but that since every other card that was single in the core had 2 copies. Oh well. I hardly ever run 3 Tombs anyway.

I wonder how they decided what heroes to use for the deck? Slightly less than a third of the allies are dwarves, so Nori's ability is somewhat limited. Considering core completion, it gets all the core cards included to 3x except Dwarven Tomb and Grim Resolve, which I think is acceptable.

All we have is what Caleb said in the video: he wanted one from the core, one new one and one from a deluxe. He also wanted elves, dwarves and men.
