Durin's Song is a very good card to include in a Dwarf deck or any deck with a Dwarf hero. Whenever you need a quick stat boost, Boom. It's notable that the boost is to all stats, and that it lasts until the end of the round, so with some sort of readying; you could get double duty out of it. Very good filler.

A seriously OP card in any kind of dwarf deck. Like Wandalf said, with readying, a dwarf hero can become almost invincible for a round. Notably, it's also only 1 cost. The art and the quote are also pretty great.

In addition to all of the readying effects that anybody can get, there are a couple dwarf-specific ones that go above and beyond what any old hero can get: Ring of Thror, Erebor Record-Keeper, and the Sands of Harad Legolas/Gimli (if you want the stat boost, anyways). The one resource for Durin's Song can go really far with some time for setup. — aea2o5 54

Most Dwarf decks reach their strength by sheer numbers of different characters and not by using the same character repeatedly, which is obviously the ideal target for Durin's Song. There are some few exceptions like Gimli or Dáin Ironfoot and with those heroes Durin's Song can be good while also having the very valuable song trait, however in most cases it just doesn't make the cut for me. I very much like that the effect lasts for the entire round though!
