The second part of the hot potato fellowship. This one focuses on the original attachments that could change hands. To set up, Steward goes on Denethor and In the service of the steward is designed to give the Gondor trait to heroes that may need to get and pass signals around. When the Elendilmir is passed from another deck, Denethor can pass both steward resources to where they are needed.
