this deck is built around elven-light, siver harp and low-cost cards. You discard a lot of cards and get them back with silver harp.

Noldors with weapons are becoming quite deadly ;)

Revealed in Wrath would be cool in this deck.

I find revealed in wrath depends a bit on the situation. I dont really like this kind of one shot cards but its only a personal choice :) After some testing i find the deck to be far less steady than i expected :( There is not so much drawing and everything depends on elven light. So im not sure i will continue playing Tactics in a Noldor deck.
