Shadow and Flame Progression

The gimmick of the this quest is that no one can tank the Balrog reliably, so you need to chump block a lot by using Elrond + Vilya to churn out allies. Elrond, Dain, and Frodo can take a few hits while you get you your ally army. Dunhere is convenient for removing a few enemies in the staging area to make questing easier, since you will be under their engagement cost for most of the game.
