Chad's Angmar Awakened Fellowship

Description

This is my build for a fellowship using the cards from the Angmar Awakened box and a core set.

A video of these decks being built can be found here: https://youtu.be/MUhmngdfOSs

and here: https://youtu.be/Kfxj23WZaVE

I think folks who want to improve their deck-building skills would benefit from having a deck like the elves deck in play along with the deck they are testing out. That deck allows you to move forward in the quest and lets you see what the other deck can do, or can not do. Dunedain work really well when you can let them focus on combat. In the deck building video I explain a lot of my thought process.

Can't wait for the video! I appreciate the insight into some of the thought processes for deck building. I also really appreciate watching you pilot decks. I always glean some useful info.

Hi @TheChad.

I'm a quite new player, a few months in. You recommended the below cards in the video, if someone has the Starter Decks & Dreamchaser cards also. What would you replace for these, and how many of each would you consider? Thanks, understanding this thought process helps me build better decks in the future myself.

Dunedain:

  • Gondorian Shield
  • The Red Arrow
  • Wingfoot
  • Daeron's Runes
  • Wait no Longer

Elves:

  • To the Sea, to the Sea!
  • Glorfindel (Ally)
  • Lembas
  • Galadriel's Handmaiden
  • Ancient Mathom
  • Daeron's Runes
  • Elrond's Counsel

And, if by now, you'd have any other recommendations to add?

Thanks for all your videos, they are teaching me a ton.
