Border Patrol

This Fellowship comprises two decks from the community that I've found work very well together.

Design

Credit for The Heir of Isildur goes to Wayward93, and Scouting Party was created by bigfomlof.

Strategy

• First off, to avoid conflicts, Scouting Party should drop ally Arwen Undomiel for a Rhovanion Outrider.
• Refer to the deck descriptions for individual deck strategies.
• Dunedain decks are great, but can sometimes bite off more than they can chew. If this happens, Lanwyn and Haldir are great at clearing the board.
• Utilize Halbarad's ability to engage two enemies a turn to enable Haldir's ability to snipe.
• This Fellowship can quest like the dickens.
