Modified Core Set 2-player x 2-sphere decks

We spent a lot of time studying various deckbuilding resources before playing our first game. So we wanted to jump right into the 2-sphere decks from the revised core set, but also wanted to make some changes. We brought in Thalin instead of Denethor, and made various other modifications. We beat Passage through Mirkwood in only 6 turns, so we saw only a fraction of the cards in our decks, but they worked really well. Most of the questing and defending was done with the Leadership/Spirit deck, and Legolas contributed to attacks with his Ranged ability. Not sure we'd keep Thalin in the future, since it seems his ability would play better with 3 or 4 players (more encounter cards during staging). But he was still fun to play.
