Tactics deck can recycle some notable events, such as Thicket of Spears. Gondorian Shield goes on whoever gets Steward of Gondor (see below) and Eleanor. Excess attachments can be discarded to Hama.

Steward of Gondor goes on Elrond. If you're in a combat-heavy quest, Aragorn is also a good pick to gain the Gondor type with Sentinel to hold another Gondorian Shield. If he has Vilya, Spirit deck can play Song of Earendil on him. Then Wandering Took can redirect threat to him, letting Aragorn reset. Otherwise, Songs can keep Secrecy deck's threat low.

Secrecy deck is a secrecy deck. There shouldn't be too many surprises here. It can receive Hobbit Pipes from Spirit deck to draw cards off of Elrond's Counsel and the Spirit deck's Galadhrim's Greetings.

Eleanor likely wants the Unexpected Courage. Worst case scenario, she ends up ready in combat and hopefully has a Gondorian Shield to block for four. Good Meal plus Stand and Fight lets Spirit deck grab the best allies from the discard piles. Imladris Stargazer and Zigil Miner do their usual work, in addition to setting up Stand and Fight targets.
