One deck summons the eagles and handles combat; the other sings and handles the quest. Since there isn't a Burglar deck in this fellowship, take out the two Golden Belts from the eagles deck & swap in two cards from the sideboard.

Known weaknesses: no cancellation to speak of, hardly any threat control. But a good fellowship against your basic scenarios.
